@moulidorai @vaibhavbetter @ZohoSign Zoho Sign is one of the best products by Zoho, no complaints in our current workflow. If you are from the same team then Zoho Contracts needs to be simpler, had to drop off after trial due to difficulty in setup.

Every single govt office used Microsoft, an American software till date but no one complained. Now govt started promoting @Zoho an Indian alternative and people suddenly have piles.

@svembu Got an email to sign a doc, and the vendor sent it via ZohoSign—what a disaster. The UI, UX, and glitches made it a total pain. DocuSign any day!

DocuSign is a supremely bloated company that sells super over-priced enterprise software. We solve that problem with Zoho Sign and we don't need 6705 employees to produce digital signature software. In fact, so much "enterprise Saas" fits the "supremely bloated company that sells super over-priced enterprise software". As the Saas bubble deflates, customers of the over-priced enterprise Saas will have the same reaction as Andrew. Useful heuristic: consider public Saas players that are your vendors and look at their sales and marketing expense vs their R&D expense. If they are spending a lot more selling the software to you than building it in the first place, that is a very good signal you can save a ton of money replacing them. Glad to be of help.

@moulidorai 1) Customization Issues: offers very less flexibility on signature and document layouts 2) UI concerns: interface not intuitive and visually not good. 3) Integration issues: with Zoho no issues, 3rd party systems are a massive challenge and varied based on the platform

Sir @svembu this is feedback as a customer We all love your products, its great ,it works like a charm but the UX can be smoothened at the edges to make it delightful Easiest picking is @ZohoSign - light application, not too complex, if we can make our UX better compared to Docusign, it would a great start!

How is @Airtel_Presence customer care these days? My landline stopped to work 2 months back and absolutely no response from #Airtel inspite of multiple reminders. They keep closing tickets without resolving . I think they are the best case study on #worst customer experience

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got this message "Hi, your service request No. 11002726088 for your Airtel Wi-Fi ID 044xxxxxxx_tn has been resolved. " but issue was not resolved for more than 1 month but why are you keep closing issues without any resolution? Pathetic service.

Whats happening @Airtel_Presence ? I raised a compliant today that landline is not working, but it was closed without resolving it. On the SMS acknowledgement, I noticed an option to reopen the ticket by replying "2" and that too didn't work :-) Nice way of ticket handling
