This is INSANE Henry Nowak, a university student in the UK, was allegedly fatally stabbed by Vikrum Digwa, a Sikh man carrying an 8-inch ceremonial knife. When police arrived, Digwa reportedly accused Henry of "racial abuse," leading police to handcuff HENRY while he was bleeding out. Henry then succumbed to his wounds and died.
