They butted in as he was talking, started yelling and screaming at him when he was asking for information about having management call him back! Customer service is clearly lacking these days. @SUBWAY these guys need to be booted off

@subwaynz great south road location in auckland HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Hung up on my husband FIVE times when he was calling to get information. if this is how you train your service reps they wont receive not a penny from us.

@ajbinks Thanks for letting us know! Our bread is baked fresh on the premises daily, and we always try to make enough for our customers who come in for that iconic, fresh taste. We will follow up with that restaurant to make sure they're keeping up with demand.

@subwaynz just called into your store in the Spark building. You have run out of bread!!! Can I suggest this is a huge flaw in your business model
