PLAYERS: You're never a neutral teammate. You are either making things better or making things worse on your team. You are either helping your teammates or not. You are either encouraging or not. You are either providing a good example or not. Great teams have great teammates.

What's easy doesn't lead to success. What's convenient doesn't lead to winning. What's comfortable doesn't lead to championships. If you want to separate yourself from the competition, DO THE HARD, INCONVENIENT, and UNCOMFORTABLE THINGS on a regular basis. #CultureWins

@MHSAA how can you justify raising admission through the playoffs $5.00 regular season, $7.00 for district, and now $9.00 for regional. Seriously, WOW!!!

It doesn’t matter if you started last year or last month! No spot is promised. If somebody comes back from the off season & is a better player, a harder worker, more dedicated, they can/will take your spot. Playing time is earned everyday in practice. Hard work is the separator!

Great players have a chip on their shoulder. They give their best every day and they expect the best from their teammates. They simply don’t accept average or mediocre. Great players change the standard as they push, inspire and encourage everyone around them.

Successful athletes must have & maintain high performance habits. That means eating to fuel an athlete body, getting enough rest, plenty of water & preparing your mind & body for peak performance. It’s not a day here & a day there. It’s not a “sometimes” thing. It’s a lifestyle!
