@vpopulimedia This is what happens when you give equal value to 'qualifications' acquired from the third-world and discriminate against white applicants to "boost diversity".

@annamlulis @museumsireland 'Up to the point of birth'. A woman carries a foetus for 9 months only to abort a fully formed child at the last instant. Hmmm.....? This law's been introduced for more nefarious purposes. My guess,organ harvesting.

Household bills could rocket later this year as the impact of the war on Iran takes hold, analysts predict.
Oil prices are now sitting at around £75 a barrel. It was £52 before the war began. Garage forecourts have already seen prices surge and there's pressure on the government to do more to support struggling drivers.
@LouisaJamesITV reports.

Absolutely brilliant! The thing Labour said about Digital ID being secure was of course a lie. Companies House admits their system is so shit anyone could have changed your details online for 5 MONTHS.
Dan Neidle@DanNeidle
Companies House has put out a statement confirming that, for five months, every company in the UK was vulnerable to the simple exploit we identified on Friday. It enabled anyone in the world to view and change their company details.

He wants to deploy UK forces we don’t have to keep oil and gas flowing 3,000 miles away but forbids any new investment in our sector of the North Sea. Bonkers.

Lammy’s jury reforms won’t work, say senior lawyers.
David Lammy is planning to restrict our precious right to trial by jury in the biggest assault on English liberty — particularly free speech — in 800 years.
The Justice Secretary claims this is the only way to clear the backlog of 80,000 cases in the Crown Court. There is no evidence to suggest that it will.
Senior lawyers and judicial figures have written to the Justice Secretary warning him that his “changes will be unworkable” and that “Cutting juries out of the predicted 50 per cent of trials suggests a lack of trust by politicians in the public.”
It is reported that 65 Labour MPs, including Karl Turner, former Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner and potentially Emily Thornberry, are set to rebel against the government’s plans.
The letter is a damning indictment of the government’s reckless and authoritarian assault on our criminal justice system. It is also backed by the chairwoman of the Criminal Bar Association, Riel Karmy-Jones KC, and the chairwoman of the Bar Council of England and Wales, @Kirsty_Brimelow.
@RobbieRinder — the barrister and television presenter — has also written to MPs calling Lammy’s proposals a “constitutional surrender” and warning that “It says that when the state seeks to take a person’s liberty, the voice of the public is optional.”
The Free Speech Union’s research has shown that individuals charged with speech-related offences are almost twice as likely to be found not guilty in a Crown Court with a jury than in a magistrates’ court without one.
Tomorrow, the Courts and Tribunals Bill will have its second reading in the House of Commons. MPs must think very carefully about the consequences of their vote.
