Sophie Morgan’s documentary FIGHT TO FLY on C4 last night chronicled the indignities suffered by those with disabilities attempting to fly with BRITISH AIRWAYS. I’ve experienced most of the horrors she showed and await a response about my lost and damaged wheelchair from BA.

Seven years ago when we last moved house BT fucked up royally, cutting off our broadband and phone line a fortnight early. A quiet but deadly tantrum may be needed again, as they've just managed to 'have no record' of the order we placed ten days ago! I despair.

@JeremyClarkson we did 3 weeks in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and everywhere we went the Chinese were the only tourists being consistently criticised for obscuring the wonderful sights and sites by gurning in front of their camera phones, and disrupting the peace in temples and sacred sites
