another option i haven't considered is whether the "goodness" or "badness" of MEV is dependent upon the system in which the MEV is being executed. i.e; MEV bad on eth mainnet; MEV good on BSC -- so the answer will vary based on the "bags" the person you're asking is holding. 🤣 if this is the case, it would likely indicate that MEV overall is just plain "bad."

still trying to figure out if MEV is a necessary function of a more efficient market or whether it's a symptom of a suboptimal system. it's obviously a polarizing topic, but wondering what the general sentiment is. need more datapoints. what are your thoughts?
