@BillSimmons Because KD's quit on this team, Bill. I can't entirely blame him. Ime's done a horrible job, he's being forced to play 37 minutes a night due to the lousy offense, most of the young core is underperforming, and management publicly punted to next year at the trade deadline.

I still don’t understand why KD wasn’t with his team for Game 3. He’s won 2 playoff series since 2019 and his team was down 0-2 in a must-win game… he’s just MIA? What’s the actual story here?

The Rockets absolutely have to get a win today and take the 2 games in Houston.
Letting this series get to 2-2 with Reaves potentially coming back is not what they want.
With Luka out regardless they “should” win the series anyway. But we shall see…

It has been confirmed Kevin Durant was injured by chasing a loose ball in practice and colliding his knee with a teammate.

Update: The Rockets are optimistic Kevin Durant can return as soon as game 2. Remains to be seen however…. The last thing I want is KD to come back too early and re-injure himself. If he’s good to go for game 2 god bless, but bring him back game 3 if he’s not able to go.
