Lots of hype about Biologicals With high fertilizer prices We need to start looking at alternatives I hear lots of stories that I think are misleading First thing what are you buying Extracts need to be applied ASAP Don’t mix with fertilizer What’s the EC?

@TheLastField Not that hard I can melt 15% in 25000 L batches in a hour If Foliar N costs 3.00/ acre and replaces 30-50$/ acre put in the soil that’s not dissolved or is gassing off leaching ? Not efficient Got to spray herbicide or fungicide just add some Crop looks good Sap test will tell

It’s so dry that most of my fertilizer is still sitting in prill form undissolved. My fields look like a Dalmatian. The anhydrous and liquid guys look slightly better. Is this a mrb problem or would dual knife be the same in a drought?

How much volatility has NOLA urea seen in the last week with the huge demand story giving way to possible Chinese export return? May 2 - May ship barge @ $468 May 6 - May ship barge @ $510 Today - May ship barge @ $462 $106 worth of price movement for a net $6 dip!!

Don't settle for the actual or attainable yield, aim for the yield potential of your crop. Talk to your #OmexRep and explore solutions to the yield reducing and limiting factors and unleash the genetic potential on your crop. #OmexCanada #Plant25 #WestCdnAg

A lot of buzz now about Humic acid how do you know what a good Humic should look like As a farmer I’ll make it simple It has to be soluble and stay in suspension never settling out in a glass of water Stay amber to dark for over a year 1 drop in glass 1 glass 2 2 drops and so on

If you have not discovered the upper limits of boron application for your crop and soil context, you are almost certainly leaving yield and crop quality improvements on the table.

Now there is an alternative for K/Mg or to polysulfate KMgCa. Analysis: K (9.5%); Mg (4.5%); Ca (9%); S (15%) in a liquid apply 2-3L/ acre @OmexCanada Apply foliar or seed-row Time to focus on what’s missing
