an example of usage is that the recommended function updates the internal state of the popover to show the selected carriers, and the input field shows the number of selected values this way i can reuse this popover in another component without having the recommend button there

this is a nice way to create reusable components and share the internal state of the popover to whatever ui wants to consume it, without having to set up context providers and causing extra state for no reason

how to share state across components without setting up a context provider using children render props. this allows the command list to manage its internal state and expose that to its children
