@MaryGPowell @Sunrun Then when they came out and claimed they fixed it....a month and a half went by and I thought the panels were working fine...but for that time period they never connected back right. So i lost credits and my electric bill skyrocketed...then of course the leak came back.

@MaryGPowell @Sunrun Since then the caseworker had them comeback and reconnect everything correctly in which they did...but the leak hasn't been fixt until last week. Now of course i told the techs from Sunrun that when they fix the leak...make sure they connect everything and make sure its working.

@MaryGPowell @Sunrun Well...low and behold...it hasnt been working since 4/21...in which Sunrun techs came out to fix leak on 4/20. I call and reach out to Sunrun because my caseworker Ana is replying back and the customer service Elena responded that there is nothing that they can do until July 16

@Sunrun routinely lied to me about their batteries. Be careful when dealing with them. They will give you reasons that can easily be confirmed lies (making statements that you can check by calling your electric provider or battery manufacturer).

@elonmusk I want to make a formal complaint. I am have Tesla solar and power bank installed by @Sunrun. I've had hot wires since March 6th, their support team is telling me they are waiting for permits and inspectors. I have talked to my county, they are waiting on sunrun.

@MaryGPowell misleading home buyers with promises of no electric bills ever ...to take over the current lease. Then....buyer finds out it was based off of a single woman who stayed in one room with one light..a tv..and either a dan or space heater.. what average family in a 2300sq ft home only uses 900kw a month. I am getting crushed in electric bills and your company refuses to address it. And your escalation senior specialist thinks she has god like powers. Well the AG in NH has more. Let's also point out that there have been 4 complaints to the Attorney General in just March alone.

Your team has been contacted by BBB and most recently Attorney General in NH. Undersized system based off single woman... under 980kw per month system. We've gotten over 2500 in electric bills since November 2025. They damaged my exterior light, tech dropped the grapple hook and missed my head by inches. They gave me a $200 GIFT CARD for poor experience. I want the money back that I paid to date. Also.. the electric bills paid.. and the rate adjusted to .095 per kw. In addition. A new inverter 10kw. Versus the 7.6. The contract shows 32 panels and we have 31...contract shows. 2 inverters and only 1.

@sunrun I've had my solar panels for almost 15 years. So I can say I have had plenty of experience with Sunrun. Here is my take First off HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Communication? Once you open a case for warranty or removing pannels due to getting roof fixed, good luck with that. I had my pannels off for almost two years with no generation. I kept getting passed to next department, to next department. 2 years!!!!! Once they started to come out? They had to make about 6 trips because of their internal lack of communication. 6 months pass. Warranty work? Another 1 year to get pannels replaced. So after all that they issue a credit on my account to make good. I'm thinking ok fine!!! Now they removed the credit less than half way through. I call in to ask why? Customer service guy says sorry this was remeved because they should have never given it to you. And there is nobody you can talk to about this. @sunrun you are a horrible company with horrible customer service. You have provided me with horrible solar experience.
