Zero Tolerance का झूठा बहाना बनाकर 6 महीने में बाहर कर देते हैं और जो लड़की उनकी अपनी हो जाती है, उसकी कोई escalation आ जाए तो TL/Manager खुद बचा लेते हैं। लड़की को लगता है “सर ने मेरी job बचा ली”... फिर रोज़ room में बुलाकर फायदा उठाया जाता है। शायद ही कोई लड़की बची हो जिसका BF न हो। लड़कियाँ भी कम नहीं एक से मन भर गया, दूसरा आ गया, एक ने job छोड़ी, दूसरा पटा लिया, एक BF होते हुए भी 4-5 फंसा लेती हैं। कुछ लड़कियाँ तो सीधे TL या Manager को फँसाती हैं। क्योंकि उनसे पैसे मिलते हैं, PG rent और ऊपरी कमाई भी हो जाती है। OYO लेने की कोई टेंशन नहीं सब PG या rent पर रहते हैं। जो लड़के उन्हें पसंद नहीं आते और बात करने की कोशिश करते हैं तो Fake ZT case ठोक देती हैं सीढ़ियों में छेड़छाड़ का आरोप लगा के job से निकलवा देती हैं। ये है BPO की सच्ची कहानी भाई। घर वाले सोचते हैं “बच्चे अच्छी job कर रहे हैं, रात-दिन काम कर रहे हैं।” लेकिन अंदर? काम कम, लौंडियाबाजी, लौंडाबाजी और अश्लीलता ज्यादा होती है। AI Photo | Real Incident | For Awareness
