I love these Fatpad posts. Today, l already received a few. Even from my buddies who knew me way before l started in this biz. I made the first Fatpad in 2006. Now, it is the most sold bench press pad in history. Even though there are dozens of knock offs. I AM VERY BLESSED.

I feel. Bad. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve felt “better”. Pain and sickness wears on you, I’ve been speed spiraling downward for a year and it went into extreme mode last September and I’ve declined almost every week since. Every day I shoot to find something to smile about and to be grateful for. Today, it was just making it another 24 hours and if I wake up tomorrow I plan to make the best of it Changing The World. I really hope that you wake up tomorrow and do the same doggone thing! Smile if you can. Change The World!

@Superd3k Yes, lose more weight. But congratulations if you actually lost 100 pounds (for good reasons i.e. you aren't sick).

Training in your last phase of “life after competition” (Ian King) is fun but it’s also a relief. #1 you’re not dead yet like most of your buddies. You saved a piece of yourself to build upon in this phase. If you take training away from us lifers you might as well euthanize us!

Finally went to Tennessee & brought Groney w/ me. Jason (SurplusStrength) did impeccable work on these first six! Packaging, out the door in a few weeks. (These 6 will finalizing my patent & trademark) Been a long time coming. This is my last product l will bring to market.
