3 weeks of building in public taught me more than months of planning. I launched SuperGitSight (v1) ~3 weeks ago. Since then: • ~400 total visitors • ~250 GitHub profiles analyzed • Zero revenue • A lot of uncomfortable feedback What surprised me most wasn’t the numbers — it was the learning. I learned that: • Data ≠ insight (interpretation matters more) • More features can reduce clarity • Trust is earned through language, not charts • Builders care about fairness more than scores Growth is slow.
