People still don’t realise how mechanical the application process is in Gov. If I could give 1 piece of advice it would be; write your personal statement by literally using the “essential criteria” as headings. Although nobody will admit it, the rest of it largely gets ignored.

I mentor a young lad with poor literacy skills who is starting a landscaping business. He struggles to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
I created a GPT3-powered Gmail account to which he sends a message. It responds with the text to send to the client.

Those of you who've done public speaking, if you were to give a five minute talk on getting into public speaking to a group of people, which points would you want to make sure you make in it?

@HarryTrimble We ended up making our way through 3 second-hand buggies. Wish we’d just got the Yoyo. Good for fitting in small spaces, getting around on public transport, folding up and carrying.
