it applies to a lot of things actually? if you know someone with a boundary, that they wouldn’t knowingly have sex with someone that crosses it, and you knew that and withheld that you cross that boundary just for sex, that is assault even if it IS bird watching. if i said i would never sleep with a bird watcher and then a bird watcher heard me say that then decided to seduce me and tell me after that they’re a bird watcher i would press charges bc that is coercion and deception

Adults choose not to report, while the state will pick up the case cause children don’t know better. these the same people that would be outraged if this happened with a teacher or cop.

Also you’re wrong, disorderly conduct does not need to be a continuous long thing. The actual law does not define it as such, it covers minor public disturbances

For disorderly conduct to be a thing, you usually have to be an asshole and keep going after cops tell you not to before they get you for disorderly conduct. This is new
