My sense about West Bengal, and Ms Mamata is clear. She will now fight it out in a structured and organised manner on the streets. Though many near and dear ones will desert her, but she will not stop. The govt. would be spooked and avoid harming her as much as possible. She just will go on and on about vote chori. Notice carefully: she is the only regional leader who has openly and loudly claimed "100 seats stolen" and is going hammer and tongs on it. Neither Udhav, nor Tejaswi, nor the Huddas, nor Pattnaik ever fought back. They meekly accepted the most unexpected outcomes and went into their shells depressed for a long time. Even Rahul. This is the moment to rejuvenate the INDIA alliance, if Rahul Gandhi really has the mettle, the willingness, the grand vision and the desire to be on the streets every single day till 2029. Take everyone along. Swallow bitter pills. Hug everyone. Accommodate all. Tough ask. But no other way. Acid test of leadership for all. Thanks to Modi.

#WATCH | South Dinajpur, West Bengal: TMC candidate from Balurghat assembly constituency Arpita Ghosh says, "The result coming in Balurghat is due to a technical glitch. On the day of voting, when polling started, the machine had 98% charge, but after polling throughout the day, it dropped slightly below 70%. But today, when the same machine arrived here for counting, it shows 92-95% charge... We have given a letter to the RO... If they do not take any steps on this, we will go to court... The Election Commission is not giving any response on this... We have already lodged a complaint..."

While people are rightly crediting Gyanesh Kumar for his role in BJP victory in West Bengal, one also need to acknowledge the role of SC. Millions of legitimate Voters were disenfranchised and SC didn’t even blink and did their part.

27 Lakh Voters were deleted in West Bengal. These were not 'dead people' or 'bangladeshis'. These were real people who had already appealed to get their votes restored. The Supreme court could’ve delayed the West Bengal elections until the tribunals finished hearing the appeals of these voters. But they didn’t. Only around 1607 voters were restored in time by phase 2 of these elections. Almost every appeal that was heard turned out to be a wrongful deletion. In any functional democracy, this would not count as a free and fair election where a large section of voters have lost their voting rights. I'm not saying that TMC would've won for sure if they were added back, maybe BJP would still win, but the question is about the fairness of these elections. Free and fair elections are a spectrum. Ever since Delhi-Maharashtra-Bihar-Bengal, this needle has moved more and more towards being unfair. Each time somehow the opposition parties participate as usual in the electoral process thinking that they can still pull of a win despite the compromised EC, ED, CBI etc. and each time they have been proven wrong after 2024 Lok Sabha. The question is, at what point will they feel that the level of unfairness is so unfair that elections should be boycotted? I personally feel TMC should have refused to participate in these elections until all those 27 lakh appeals were finished being heard.

The @AITCofficial 's counting agents are being beaten, threatened and harassed by the @BJP4India . In Bhabanipur AC, Smt @MamataOfficial 's counting agent is not being allowed inside. Wins and losses are part of democracy and all parties accept the will of the people but there is NO PLACE for physical violence, threats and intimidation in democracy. @BJP4India again revealing its governance deficit and its politics of violence and intimidation.

#WATCH | Kolkata | West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee says, "More than 100 seats BJP looted. The Election Commission is the BJP's commission. I complained to the CO and also Manoj Agrawal, but they are not doing anything. Do you think this is a victory? It is an immoral victory, not a moral victory. Whatever the Election Commission has done, along with the Central Forces and the PM & Home Minister, is totally illegal. It is loot, loot, loot. We will bounce back."

#WATCH | Siliguri, WB: On West Bengal Election Results, TMC candidate, Goutam Deb says, "... This is a manufactured match, manipulated by the Election Commission. We found the postal box left open. After our complaint, counting began, and other parties also lodged complaints. Boxes without seals or covers were found. This is clear evidence of tampering and fabrication... We have already submitted a written complaint with all documents to our party headquarters..."

#BJP’s 45% vs #Trinamool’s 40.93%. ( current vote share) 1.39 crore vs 1.26 crore. ( in actual numbers) A gap of barely 12–13 lakh votes. But the outcome? A 100+ seat shift in #WestBengal Now put one more number on the table: 91 lakh names deleted from the rolls, including 27 lakh still fighting to get back on. The numbers look simple. The story behind them isn’t. Anti-incumbency, corruption and non-development etc formed a perception, but actual story lies in the numbers. Zoom in here :

Honble Supreme Court said while hearing a petition for restoring the deleted votes "if the total winning margin is less than the no. of voters deleted and pending before Tribunal, a re-election would be directed. Fact 27 lakh voters deleted and standing in appeal before Tribunal and there are 294 seats. BJP must win each seat with more than 10,000 vote margin else re-election should be legally inevitable. indianexpress.com/article/legal-…

The pattern has never been more clear. Delhi, Bihar, Haryana, Maharashtra and now most likely Bengal They win the states most crucial and leave the odd one out just to maintain the illusion that democracy is alive Path ahead is too steep and no one seems ready for it. Dark days

THE CASINO TRAP: Opposition's HOPE-FUELED SUICIDE! You Win A Few States… Get High On That Sweet Victory… Then Rush Back Like Desperate Addicts To The Rigged Table. Telangana. Karnataka. Jharkhand. Small Wins. False Hope. But Maharashtra. Haryana. The REAL Game? You LOSE. Because the HOUSE (the system) ALWAYS wins. Opposition isn’t Fighting to WIN India. They’re just Feeding the CASINO. This isn’t Democracy. This is Political Gambling Addiction. The Opposition— Instead Of Uniting Or Exposing This Rigging— is Repeatedly Legitimizing that very System through its continued Participation. The time has Come for the Opposition to step aside from its Own Position and make way for the people — because they are repeatedly Proving Their Own Failure. #VoteCounting #TMCvsBJP #AssemblyElections2026
