Another issue booking via easemytrip.
I booked the bus ticket amount deducted from Bank but bus ticket is not confirmed and there is no trace of bus booking.

Hi Team,
My family missed the flight due to missing infant name, I checked with vendor they mentioned some issue from Airline end.
Could you please have a look. I also raised the complaint on the same.

I called many times @qatarairways on this issue but all the time I got issue is resolved and family can Travel.
Even I booked baby bassinet as well.
If infant name was missed in first place then how the baby bassinet has been reserved.

This is not about money. This is about justice to the issue. Because the issue 6 months old infant waited 9 hours in Airport.
