I’m going to try quitting caffeine by year end. I switched from coffee to Celcius a few months ago. I like it better, but it’s not ideal. My plan is to reduce my intake 12.5% per week over 8 weeks in a measured way. Anyone ever try this? Any tips? I’ll provide updates.
