It is always heard that brand ambassadors are liable for any consequences arise due to mislead advertising. I am writing in context to one among the largest fraud in the NCR region where project is inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Sir, promoted by World Trade Centre and marketed by the large brokers. 60% investors are NRI, 20% are pensioners who invested their entire life savings. Everything happened in witness of the government agencies and no action has been taken. It all started way back in 2012-13. How can we allow any brand whose projects are defaulted , why the stars are promoting / inaugurating such projects / what government agencies are doing for last 5 years as cases are filed with SFIO, ED, EOW and various other agencies. Few are left with no options other than thinking of suicide and few are just paying heavy EMI’s on their loans. Does government reimburse the income tax on the defaulted amount and interest repayment which people paid for the loans. WTC Noida Development Company indirectly controlled by regular offender Mr. Ashish is one such example. Please help the innocent investors to set the example of transparency , trust and commitment. There are over 3000 odd investors who are stifled after payment large sums and literally begging for our own money / allotments across Noida, Faridabad, Mohali and Gift City.
