आज बिना शक्कर खाए 3 महीने पूरे हो गए।
दिनचर्या - रोज नाश्ते के पहले 8 km दौड़ना और फिर 2 घंटे एक्सरसाइज करना आदत हो गई है। कोई चाय, कॉफी नहीं।
खाने में सिर्फ फ्रूट्स और हरी सब्जियां, वो भी ऑर्गेनिक।
शरीर में अभूतपूर्व परिवर्तन है, वज़न 25 किलो कम हो गया है।
यही रूटीन जीवन भर लागू करना है। पोषक आहार और 2 घंटे रोज व्यायाम।
पता नहीं किसकी पोस्ट है
पर कॉपी/पेस्ट करके बहुत हल्का महसूस हो रहा है।
