@kel_odell @MereteVonDOE @IamGMJohnson Income based plans are the ones that (sometimes) lead to compounded interest. So yes, addressing tbe problem of compound interest applies only to those.

I’m glad the student loan debt relief will help who it helps. But it’s okay that we are transparent that this doesn’t help many of us because the compounding interest will recoup the 10k on most debts over a few years time.

You know what else isn’t in the USA constitution? A prohibition on discriminating on the basis of sex. That’s right: there’s no Equal Rights Amendment. If you are not a cis man in the USA you aren’t constitutionally equal to someone who is.
