@IKEAIndia One more feedback, when we pay you upfront 20,000 rupees, we do not ask you to send a photo? Why is customer asked to upload more photos while asking for a return? Seems you assume customer is out to defraud whereas you send defective product with QC labels everywhere.

No reference number whatsoever. Just says our customer service will contact you. Try reaching call centre they say no request, no complaint submitted on the order.

@IKEAIndia Your online/Ecomm services sucks...pathetic customer service and only scripted customer service agents. No follow up to confirm if the order delivery was complete/Incomplete...zero. Raise multiple exchange and return request through your website and no reference number

@FURLENCO Absolutely disappointed with your customer service and it is getting worse day by day! Trying to follow up with my refund being on call and chat for over 25 mins just to hear that call back will be arranged in 24 hours and no one called back yet even after 72 hrs passed

No where through out the transaction via your app mentions rebate offered will have to be paid back or any similar T&C, though it does mention rebate not applicable if up to date Interest not paid but none other than that..!
