@Ryanair_XHQ It was for a parent - they finally managed to book after about 3 hours of trying.

@Ryanair something wrong with your verification - trying to do either express or standard and keep getting error message “Something went wrong we are unable to process your request at this time please try again later” Any way to bypass this step so we can at least book!
