Hey @walmart since #amazonsmile doesn't care about helping small nonprofits any more, why not offer to do what they did with your own smile program? I bet you'd get thousands of new memberships if you did. Everyone is disgusted by Amazon greed.

ANYONE have IRS contacts regarding nonprofit organization? Our animal rescue NOT listed on Pub 78 as it should be, data entry error, can't join Amazon Smile and others. Written letters, called & waited on hold for hours. Trying since June and I'm desperate. @IRStaxpros @IRSnews

@FirstMerchants what is going on with your app? It's getting ridiculous to have to re-enroll when I want to check my balance or move funds. This is been an issue for about 9 months now, and I've spoken with other customers who have the same issue. Please escalate and fix!

@truwoody @moxiesolar They have reached out, hired new staff to help with customer service, and have been wonderful. They are now committed to making things right. Hopefully you will be able to get some answers as well

@jconline there is a huge issue with canceling your paper. One neighbor is considerimg legal action as you keep charging card after months of cancelation requests. Is there someone to contact directly to fix? Very long discussion on Nextdoor app where dozens of cases like this

Downtime report: from about 4 to 6pm UTC 2021-11-12; the authentication server was down due to no disk space. The issue is resolved and being monitored.

@moxiesolar All lies.... There is no communication between Moxie and clients, please if you're considering solar.... Look elsewhere. Months and months of me calling multiple times daily, no return calls, thinking this company may be scam at this point
