@RoyalMail I need to make a complaint and your phone system is not taking calls. This is shambolic can anyone help. You have sent my item to the royal DO and therefore delaying my goods

@tu_clothing please could you provide an update on order no 4566618603. placed on 16th July. Should have been able to collect from store yesterday. This was ordered based on your delivery timescales and is needed for a holiday for which I leave this evening.
