Anyone else dictated a letter when annoyed with another service, then scrambled later to stop it getting sent...?

Such awful, sad news. Katie was the light in a lot of dark rooms, and brought such joy to so many people - patients and colleagues alike. I hope her wife and children find some solace in the memories they shared. Rest in peace Katie.

We are no further forward as we head into another “winter crisis” where the data look great because the people have been discharged from hospital, but they move into a setting that is failing them! I wonder how much frailty we see could have been avoided by decent funding?! 3/3
