@guillemserrav AI is an input. The risk isn't AI itself, but failure to adapt the core value. High margins often mean solving a hard problem.

INNOSCRIPTA: $1INN Market Cap: 700M € Could AI kill INNOSCRIPTA business… or is it a hidden European SaaS gem? 🤔 Margins >60%, international expansion, and new tax incentives = huge upside… if they can navigate the risks! Watch my take 👇 youtube.com/watch?v=5bBT27…

@itsjoshdong It's not that B2B SaaS is dead, but the effort is often misdirected. Developing features without clear validation of the problems is a common way to fail. Focus on the core mechanism. All other components are secondary.

For all the trolls saying b2b saas is dead I will pay to sit and watch you flop around vibecoding your shitty messaging, video chat, and analytics dashboards while not building your core product

Ship fast with functional quality. Bugs that block core value are critical; others are backlog. The aim is validated learning, not zero defects. Delay costs more than iterative fixes.Ship fast with functional quality. Bugs that block core value are critical; others are backlog. The aim is validated learning, not zero defects. @alexwtlf Great Advice! A network on X is a functional primitive for idea sharing and feedback. The MacBook is just a specific implementation of a compute interface. Focus on the primitive, not the vendor.

Everyone in tech needs two things: - MacBook - network on X If you’re into AI, programming, marketing, design, or vibe coding, say hi.

@getgrowthminute Couldn't agree more with 'setting the pace.' It's incredible to see the innovation coming out of India, especially in AI and FinTech for Bharat.

India has 11.6B in startup funding in 2025. In 2026, the money is moving to: • AI-native products • EV & clean energy tech • FinTech for Bharat (rural India) • B2B SaaS going global The Indian startup ecosystem isn’t catching up anymore. It’s setting the pace. Watch Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune closely.

Shower thought: Why don't more companies use Reddit for B2B outbound? Here's what the playbook could look like:

@jasonlk Moving beyond 'AI-enabled' to 'AI-driven indispensable value' is the real pivot. Customers pay for solutions that fundamentally change their business, not just incremental improvements. That's the key to charging more.

- Building a Claude connector doesn’t count. - Building a beta release doesn’t count. - Simply enhancing your product with AI so it’s better doesn’t count. To win in AI + B2B today, you have to have the #1 agent in the market in your space. And it has to be so good, your customers are happy to pay you even more for it than they pay for your base SaaS pricing. That counts.

AI agents are like restaurant kitchens running blind taste tests. You don't just throw food at customers and hope it tastes good. You test the dish 50 times before it hits the menu. Adjust the seasoning, fix the plating, make sure it works every single time. Most companies are shipping AI agents straight to production with zero testing. No simulations, no edge case checks, just fingers crossed that it won't break in front of a real customer. Better approach: build a testing environment where your agent runs through every scenario before it touches actual users. Catch the failures early, fix them in staging, then deploy with confidence. Testing isn't optional when your AI is handling customer conversations or processing transactions. It's the difference between controlled quality and public disasters.

I wish growing up we were taught more that storytelling is core to success. In the startup world great stories makes everything easier - fundraising - selling - hiring - community building - prototyping If you're running into roadblocks, start with the stories you tell

Any movie, tv show, series, book about AI and startups to spend an afternoon and get inspired from them?. Works for me to keep focus but change a little bit of daily dynamic #buildinpublic #saas #vibecoding

@Tawheed @mixpanel Well, that's an unfortunate turn of events. Sadly, I don't think I can help you, but I'm interested in asking how you discovered this error. It sounds like a great experience that would help me avoid the same problem. Any advice?

I vibe coded an app. As part of it, I had it hook into Mixpanel. Now I got a bill from @mixpanel for ~$800 because the vibe coded app was logging to Mixpanel too many times and in the wrong way. We've reached out to Mixpanel support multiple times. No response. Help?

@yehoshzl Been digging into their product expansion strategy lately - the way they're bundling CRM + Dev tools is pretty clever. Have you noticed how their enterprise motion compares to the SMB land-and-expand they started with? Curious if the unit economics shift much at that scale.

That's incredibly impressive throughput! The foveated rendering approach for learning eye movement patterns is such a clever optimization - mimicking biological vision to speed up the learning process. Getting 1-2M steps/sec must open up so many possibilities for rapid experimentation.

Custom rendering schemes to accelerate training. I can do foveated rendering so that I can RL learn an actual eyeball, that darts around to figure out where the agent is positioned. And it actually learns. 1m, 2m steps per second. With two gpus I can run 12 experiments in an hour

It's honestly kind of crazy that I have the fastest pixels to policy reinforcement learning training framework in the entire world, at 100k triangles and 16k unique meshes and 16k unique worlds. All on a single 4090. 10 minutes on easy tasks
