Inotropes on. Cath lab and cardiologist alerted, 50 minutes away. Everything was moving fast. But sometimes it is still not enough. We lost him on the way. Moments like this remind me, In acute coronary syndrome, time is not just muscle, it is life itself. If you have chest pain, do not wait, do not ignore, do not self diagnose as gastritis. Reach the nearest hospital immediately.
