@tevanraj @sybreon If money is the only motivation, prepare to work harder. Things change all the time, which means you must constantly invest in learning and tools, some of those things can be very dull if you have no interest in it.

Tech early in career should not just for money, at least in Malaysia. But again, it’s depends on people motivation as well. Some probably wanna cash out within 2 years and retire to do farming. Why? - Tech moves fast, some still using old tech so they willing to pay - importance of tech stack and skills than money Having said that, the bare mininum should be reasonable pay like 4k for fresh grad as start. 😅
