@DannPetty We always did a paid day if design because we knew it was a big commitment. Everyone we interviewed really enjoyed it and felt like it was a valuable experience.

I think it’d be cool if people got paid for the interview process. Like, if a company wants to push someone along for hours of meetings and design exercises for weeks/months, at least pay them for their time? Maybe helps companies be more selective in who they interview.

Here's a simple little chart generator plugin I made for @figma using @cursor_ai. Only took me about 30 minutes to get the plugin working exactly how I wanted it to. I am not a developer. Insane.

I’m super excited to hear what Nine Inch Nails is going to do with the TRON: ARES score, but I just want to take a moment to appreciate Daft Punk’s immeasurably great work on TRON: LEGACY. I miss Daft Punk so much.
