My heart is so heavy right now. My son's classmate and fellow football player committed suicide yesterday. So many people, of all ages, are suffering in silence, and feel so alone. PLEASE be kind to the loners, the socially awkward, and the "outcasts."

I’m sitting on this bench in Newark, NJ in disbelief because my DIRECT flight to Dayton, Ohio tonight has been cancelled! The earliest flight is TOMORROW at 1:30PM and I’ll have to fly OVER Ohio to Chicago, and then fly late from Chicago to Dayton. #smh

We lost my brother Tony last night. It’s hard to find words, my mind is flooded with memories of him today. When he walked into a room he’d light it up with laughter. He was kind, generous, & a wonderful husband to Megan & father to Zach, Simon, & Fiona. We’ll miss him very much.
