OpenAI removing 5hr limit for GPT 5.6 was the greatest move. However, when it’s back, and we all run out of resets. Its over. 5.6 drains your quota in a couple days on 20x plan. Anything lower how’s anyone gonna cope? 5.6 more efficient? Yet drains quota like no tomorrow..?

@danny_______ Yeah @thsottiaux mentioned it was a juice tinkering on the reasoning. Probably done this for capacity reasons but it’s a shame we have a diminished product.

@swiftleadhq They changed something around the time they got rid of the 5H window and giving out 5/6 resets in 48 hours. The usage is through the rood now. I'm up to 70% of my weekly (20x) in 1.5 days already this week

Went to bed asking Codex 5.6 Sol to audit a code base and record any results as tracker issues. Woke up to 200 changed files and a (badly) redesigned the app. I asked it WTF it had done and it just said "You're right, I shouldn't have done that". 5.6 absolutely cannot be trusted.
