@evertonblue76 Not about the # teams, it’s about price. Thought of making the car ride down this morning, but FIFA closed the secondary market to keep prices elevated. They’re holding thousands of unsold tickets in the lower sections.

Not sure what FIFA were thinking when they decided to make this a 48 team #WorldCup (apart from 💰) but that is a lot of empty seats.

@bkoo Big Ten needs to require schools schedule a 10th P4 game. Only league that doesn’t.

Fox knows this, but if they want to have Big Noon reclaim the most-watched time slot over ABC 3:30 and primetime, they got to do better than having 2 of the first 3 weeks of the season having North Texas and Kent State in those slots. Too deep of a hole to start the season
