@parthi_logan Google Analytics has multi-channel attribution which sort of works. Depending on the importance of tracking the channel we also use cookies. First-touch is hard though, I think the best qualitative approach is a customer survey "How did you find out about us?"

@sycognetta I guess how do you track someone viewing a blog post a month ago, signing up for a newsletter, opening an email a week ago, then searched for Exponent and signed up.

What's the best way to do marketing attribution of blog posts and emails to paid customer today?
