@syllerim @GOVUK Exact same problem and very similar timeline to you. I can only assume there is such a massive backlog because of COVID. As you say, I just really hope they received my documents.

@GOVUK I am trying so hard to get information about my National Insurance Number application which I sent more than 16 weeks ago and there’s no one is picking up the phone. What can I do? This is unbelievable.

@bravoswealth @GOVUK Yes, I had my 16 weeks in August, I have been calling and there is no way to know if the problem is that my documents didn’t get there or is this is still in process. This is so frustrating 😡

@HonestSoftwareD El mensaje que el chico quería dar a entender es que sí!, que puede que tengan los beneficios de tener cena, pero que detrás de ello hay un truco y es ponerlo tarde para que los developers se queden y curren más horas, no que se queje de tener cena gratis y tarde!

Devs que cobran más de $100K y se quejan de: - Cuando acabo un proyecto tengo que empezar el siguiente - En mi empresa sirven cena gratis pero me tengo que esperar hasta la hora de la cena Se nos va a quedar un sector bien majo. Algunas personas se van a dar una buena hostia.

@tsalazargr @HonestSoftwareD Yo he entendido que cuando ya tienes dominio del negocio de un proyecto tus días laborales pueden ser un poco mas fáciles pero cuando saltas a un proyecto nuevo cada vez que acabas es como sacarte el certificado de un idioma nuevo y enseguida saltar a otro sin asimilarlo mucho.

4. La comunicación síncrona es una plaga. Está muy bien para resolver problemas urgentes, pero o te contesto el slack o trabajo, déjame en paz. Hay que tener horarios para todo (esto lo estoy aprendiendo tarde y a palos)
