EXTRACT is out! A new calcium imaging cell-extraction method from the Schnitzer lab. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… CIAtah (git.io/ciatah) supports EXTRACT if you want to run multiple algorithms on your data & compare results. We'll have more imaging methods/GUIs out soon!
