@syunkoenbeppu Oh we eat them in the south. We also eat Tripe, pig skin, pigs feet, chickens feet. We don't waist much in the poorer population.

@syunkoenbeppu @RYUNPON000 Beef tongue and cheek tend to be unappealing at first to the average American, but once they get over the hesitations, they usually love it. They both are fantastic in tacos because of how tender they are.
