@BellularGaming I just don’t understand why we don’t have a Warcraft fighting game akin to Soul Calibur, or more traditional RPG games, turn based games etc. they could do so much more so it’s upsetting that WoW and Hearthstone have been the only games we have, just sucks. Same for SC and Diablo

@BellularGaming I really don’t get why in the 30 years of Warcraft being around we haven’t gotten any spin off games? Hearthstone is one thing but they could utilize so much with the Warcraft universe all while making sure WoW stays the way people have enjoyed it still.

I haven’t seen one positive reaction to this interview. Not one. Don’t torch the Warcraft you have chasing a version that only exists as a 20 year plan to capture “as many people as possible”. That’s how you lose it all.

@GormaruIsland Ideal looking Kong here if that’s what we’re getting. I would prefer a Kong that resembles the OG as much as legally possible. I liked the concept you guys showed with the dinosaur bone armor and the triceratops shield but I think that would work better as an original character

NECA TOYS used the 1932 Public Domain King Kong Novel to create and market their own King Kong figure - they had to create their own Kong design, which apparently was the only major hurdle. Because in promotion and marketing, they tagline that their product is their adaptation of the 1932 King Kong Novel, WHICH ALSO ALLOWS the permitted use of the "King Kong" name on their packaging and materials. So GigaBash IS allowed to call their own Kong - "King Kong" in game, and all markets (state side and overseas), so long as they promote the disclaimer that this is their adaptation of the 1932 King Kong Novel in Public Domain. GigaBash will also own their own King Kong 1932 adaptation without any licensing fees, as again this is adapted from the free public domain novel.

@GormaruIsland @GigaBashGame I would go with IP Kong. The marketing weight is too great to pass up not having all 4 kings in one game. I understand wanting to have more creative liberty but with the characters they’ve created on their own so far I am fine with more of whatever they can come up with also.

@GormaruIsland @GigaBashGame Is pacific rim in this same category of “expensive crossover”? Just curious since its IP has been a bit dormant. Honestly they have the creative minds to make up monsters whether original or homages to other kaiju. I’d be fine waiting if it meant more crossovers in future

If the MonsterVerse joined GigaBash it would be a one-off MV #Godzilla and #Kong fighter pack DLC. It's an incredible dream, and if crossovers were to be held off for 1 year or two, and only OG Titan GigaBash DLC were to be supported - then it might allow @GigaBashGame the funding to pull the biggest dream crossover #kaiju #gaming #FGC

My expectations for both characters have been succeeded from the Livestream! Thank you so much for this DLC! But I have a major concern, Guiron having Gamera's roar is temporary right?

@RickDaSquirrel_ I hope this leads to maybe another Gamera pack down the line but I agree the cryptic messaging is ridiculous after a certain point. It’s really just Gomaru Island positing all the nonsense. Plus I’m not a fan of them wanting like 10 Godzilla variants

I’m happy that Gamera and Guiron are coming to the game but I also think the build up and lack of transparency is becoming frustrating. People who try to hype these DLCs up always give the most cryptic messages to where people thought there was gonna be 4 characters here. Not 2.
