Obviously she doesn't know how to run the department. Hire someone who is a tourism expert, not a self-aggrandizing politician.

Japanese citizens targeted a Pakistani-owned used car dealership in Ebetsu City, Hokkaido.
Citizens fired firework into the dealership multiple times as tensions rise.
"They got out with bats and knives, entered the premises... it was terrifying," a witness stated.

What he said was the eastern coast, ie Catanduanes, Polilio Islands, Bicol region, and the beach fronts ay hindi protektado ng Sierra Madre, hence the flooding there. Typhoons weaken AFTER passing Sierra Madre, ie after landfall.
