URGENT 🚨🚨 Yesterday, my friend and colleague, a medical doctor, was beaten by Nigerian soldiers. Beaten so badly that he had to be rushed to the hospital. This is painful and deeply disturbing. A doctor, someone whose duty is to save lives, subjected to such brutality. No uniform, no authority, no situation justifies this. This is bigger than one person. @AirtelNigeria Dear Airtel. I purchased your 25,000 50MBps 5G Unlimited Router with ODU. It worked for a week or two and for over 4 weeks now it's dropped to less than 2MBps. I have called your call centre repeatedly, being to your office closest to my house(Ilupeju).

It's quite unfortunate that a company as big as Airtel does not have a single source of truth for issues. I have heard different variants of reasons for the problem. When will it be resolved please. The holiday is here.

Yet this issue has stayed unresolved. Your HQ sent a support person who recommended a solution. Your Ilupeju office said the solution wasn't needed that it would be resolved by the backend guys. This is the 5th week. Its been excuses.
