@audrawrongspeak Have the cardiologist test your lp(a), high lp(a) is mostly genetic, i have it. It’s nothing to spiral about but it’s worth knowing so you can pay attention to your lipid profiles and blood pressure to greatly reduce your risks.

@audrawrongspeak It’s unlikely, i had to be on my bp meds til 3 months pp, up until then my Bp wouldn’t budge. Even if you end up on meds for a while, the main thing is that you caught the bp problem early whereas a lot of people go years with it. Follow up with cardiologist for an echo too.

So the doctors told me that sometimes preeclampsia causes permanent changes, and that I might be on blood pressure medication for the rest of my life. To be honest this feels like a gut punch. I’ve been crying a little bit. I watched my grandma suffer with congestive heart failure and the idea of BP meds makes me feel like I’m going down the same path as her.

My baby just picked up a mouse outside that my cat was fighting. Husband told her to put it down. She didn’t get bit, i put on his thick gloves and grabbed the mouse and the fucker bit me through the glove.

I saw a tweet hating on women who like dresses with pockets because purses exist. And i am a purse disrespector while i have a toddler. I put my car keys in my bra and my card/cash in my phone case. If i need things for a real outing I’ll bring a bag.

@tallowqueen There's about 20 different brown dyes so you can find a match for like $5-10 a bottle, dilute it and just keep brushing on coats until it looks right if you wanna like make it nearly perfect.

My oldest took a real nail polish into the living room and i told her to put it away after and she said she did… she didn’t. Baby got it. It’s on the couch. Can’t use acetone because it’s dyed leather. Loving that.
