What a jaded piece of shit!! Poilievre can never be a great anything if this is what he believes. Or Rick bell. If you believe Canadians will work this way you’re insane. If you believe we are a country of no hope, no promise, no future. Then you don’t know CANADA Shame!!

@lesleyprimeau What does it take for UCP to show them the door?! Former Premier Alison Redford was pushed out by PCs for much less (some of her spending habits/including “Sky Palace” apartment she wanted in renovated Federal Building at the Leg). Seems quaint compared to today’s UCP corruption!

Since smith got the big chair…barely. It’s been scandal and corruption night and day. She seems incapable of putting qualified people in the right place. For instance Lagrange needs to be shown the door and take smith with her. Alberta can’t afford this shit!
Dr. Luanne Metz@luanne_metz

The Health Minister Adriana LaGrange is at the centre of the biggest corruption scandal in Alberta’s history. And Danielle Smith is defending her. It’s time: Fire LaGrange. Launch a public inquiry. corruptcare.ca/lagrange

Two million dollars in an attempt to rewrite history. I was there. I watched people suffer and some die as a result if this misinformation. I will not accept these outright lies as much as I will not stifle the voices of those who sacrificed so much when called to do so.
Timothy Caulfield@CaulfieldTim

Alberta COVID Report: fatal flaws & sends a dangerous & misleading message about public health. I worked with a group of amazing colleagues – clinicians, scientists, public health, etc. – to request a RETRACTION of the Report. Over 65 signatures... See ualberta.ca/en/law/media-l…

How problematic is the Alberta report on COVID? Very. Recommendations embrace misinformation & run counter to a vast & diverse body of evidence. Policy analysis is nonsensical & displays a lack of knowledge about law or ethics. This is science in Alberta? Dark Age 2.0.

@lesleyprimeau @edmontonjournal Well said @lesleyprimeau .What gall - playing to Trump’s trolling of Canadians, seeking attention for his agenda that was far right even for CPC. Just wants to profit from Trump’s chaos! He’s going from “Shark Tank” to “jumping the shark” wanting us to become Americans! Never!!!

@edmontonjournal There’s a reason he lost the leadership race. He isn’t one and certainly not if he’s trying to sell our country to trump!!

Does organic food consumption cause autism? No. But this is how people sound when they try to suggest correlation is the same as causation about other things that aren’t related. We need better science education and critical thinking.

Adverse childhood experiences lead to worse physical and mental health. If we spent more time focussing on how to ensure every child has a good supportive environment we would decrease the need for costly health services in later life …the evidence is clear - now we need action

#DressPurpleDay is a day to draw attention to the importance of supporting vulnerable children. Read our latest blog about the harms of adverse childhood experiences (or ACEs) and upcoming work from Wellesley Institute. wellesleyinstitute.com/children-youth…

@ChadOhman @TheBreakdownAB So disappointing, & infuriating 😢😡. Especially when knowledge of long COVID from research, clinical practice, & lived experience is growing - and Albertans could benefit so much from this accumulated learning. From the DM’s… The termination of the program appears to be confirmed. With the care being pushed back on family physicians. (Who still make less than a UCP Press Secretary according to the govts own numbers…) #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

@ShayeGanam A First Nations Museum would have been ideal. But. Hey. Who cares about reconciliation in Alberta but woke dippers in Edmonton. Why give them a museum. I hate the UCP. They are a cancer that eats at my soul.

You knew this would happen eventually. We hate heritage. Other countries and cities revere buildings like this and the history they represent. We tear them down to make a “green space” that borders what is already one of the largest urban green spaces on earth. Awful job.
880CHED@CHED880

The Alberta government announced Thursday that it plans to convert the Edmonton site into a new green space and it is seeking feedback from the public on how to proceed. READ MORE: trib.al/uqfoqRy trib.al/uqfoqRy
