@tammydotlee NYC is far too diverse to be "culturally" anything apart from, well, diverse. Go to Flushing, then Harlem, then Red Hook, then Staten Island, then Kingsbridge, etc. etc. NYC has diasporas that are sometimes the biggest populations of said people outside of their home countries.

@tammydotlee I am suggesting that mean IQ differences between all three groups (and to a lesser extent, cultures differences) mean white and East Asian groups are more likely to produce what could be considered advanced civilizations - “domination” is a side effect.
