@Tataev Referring customers back to dealerships doesn’t help when different Tata dealers give contradictory answers. As the manufacturer and authority on warranty terms, @Tataev should issue an official clarification on which accessories are permitted without affecting the warranty.

Dear @TataMotors, could you clarify which aftermarket accessories can be installed on a Tata Punch EV without affecting the warranty? For example: dash cam (hardwired via fuse tap), ambient/footwell lights, TPMS, or extra USB ports. An official guideline would help EV owners.

@Tataev It seems @TataMotors had installed local tyres in Harrier.Ev, they looks like 50000 km driven even after 17000 kms use. Tata simply makes a letter for Goodyear dealer & @goodyear dealers only rejecting client' claims regarding tyres, not expecting this from Goodyear/Tata @Tataev

Took delivery of my brand-new Tata Nexon EV TODAY. Within 30 mins, it broke down with “Motor Temperature High” and is now back at the service centre. No proper response or even a complaint registered yet. ₹15+ lakh spent. I’m Clueless now @TataMotors_Cars @TataMotors

I took my tiago Ev to @FrontierTata Nangli in Dec 25, battery issue was detected & it took more than a month to replace the battery. Loner car wasn't available, they said taxi bill will be reimbursed. More than 6 months have passed. @TataMotors is this ur coustomer service?
