I have no idea why we stopped doing blizzard whiteout games for the Penguins. This was the best environment in hockey history.

@Stevecoady416 @L69fs 1961. No upper levels. The far upper levels (F-deck) were added in 1993. You could touch the ceiling in the top row and they were very steep.

A naive part of me will always hold out hope that we will eventually move away from cookie cutter corporate slop arenas and dare to build weird structures with local character again. Baseball still does it. The dream can't be totally dead.

If the Steelers trade Nick Herbig, I’m gonna be very salty. If I’m trading anybody, it’s Highsmith. He’s older/injuries. Trading Herbig doesn’t make sense for me. He’s just as impactful a pass rusher/game wrecker and he’s younger. It’s a no brainer for me. I love Herbig.

The Flyers hand out t-shirts AND get to wear their normal home jerseys. We get no t-shirts and the piss jerseys. Great.

The #Steelers have not received word from Aaron Rodgers on his future and there is no expectation of a final decision prior to the NFL Draft, per me and @TomPelissero. When minicamp begins today under new coach Mike McCarthy, Will Howard will be QB1.

@JoshYohe_PGH I could get passed the jerseys if we won or played competitively. Not going to lie though, when they came out in those it pissed me off. They need to give up on all gold jerseys. It’s their 3rd gold alternate jersey in 9 years. They look terrible with the gold helmets.

The fact this doesn’t exist anymore because of digital gambling ads is sickening. The commentators talk about odds, the boards have ads, the jerseys and helmets have ads. It’s already everywhere. Leave the game alone. You don’t need more money.
