Wake up Californians! Last year, Governor Newsom signed AB-205, which authorizes the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) to use fixed charges for any rate schedule for residential customers. The bill requires the CPUC to adopt a new rate structure utilizing flat rates based on an income-graduated basis with no fewer than three income thresholds. In addition to the flat rate, customers would also still face additional charges based on usage. We bought solar and now it doesn't matter. The state should have to give us our money back for our installation. This is crazy.

Electric Vehicle Lie. First the batteries are not using renewable energy. Second; there is no guarantee that when you plug in to the grid that it is using renewable energy. We need carbon energy until a real replacement is available, not wind or solar. Biggest scam in my lifetime.
