@AdamJoseph Yes I admire what they have achieved but Carrick will never take us to the point they are now, the sooner we believe it as Manchester United fans the better
English

@itsdarajay @United_chee @UnitedPinterest @unitedtill90 @unitedpapii @UnitedStandMUFC @Unitedfans2023 @ManUtd This is why they don’t want us to be back, we will worry them too much 🤣🤣

Transitional football can definitely be successful I am not arguing that.
But the best teams you mentioned still had control, structure and the ability to dominate games when needed.
That’s the difference.
Right now, United rely heavily on moments and transitions without consistent control.
Over a full season, that’s hard to sustain especially when teams sit deeper.
English

Manchester United need to stop making emotional decisions.
A good run doesn’t automatically mean long-term solution.
This next appointment has to be about identity, not sentiment. #MUFC

If they beat Westham? Arsenal are the league winners, I said it before Mancity drew to Everton City are not just good enough
Sky Sports Premier League@SkySportsPL
"If they beat West Ham, they are 90% of the way there" 👀 Rob Earnshaw sees Arsenal's match against West Ham as the pivotal moment in the title race 🏆
English

@igigzird The problem is not that we don’t have a style the problem is the style we have is not sustainable, we have tried it a lot of times, counter attack without dominating the ball will not win us number 21.
English

@tbaba22 Lol pep is just ideally
We can obviously be better and carrick is hitting high heights with this squad, why don’t you think he deserves the role if they board will support him .
It’s sad actual football fans think we don’t have a style, that we won all those matches through “vibes”
English

@TrophyLogic_Q1 @indiana_imo He is the answer! I don’t get why others are not seeing it.
English

What bothers me with Carrick is that I always knew this squad was good enough for top 4 & very aware of how bad a job Amorim was doing holding the team back so I do have huge questions over how good Carrick is/can be
That being said I’ll take him over the others reported #MUFC
English

No matter how you frame it, Carrick isn’t the long-term solution for Manchester United.
We’ve spent over a decade “steadying the ship” without real progress.
It’s time to be audacious.
Define a clear style of play then bring in the manager and players to match it.
Anything else is just repeating the same cycle.
English

If Nagelsmann joined United mid season and finished 3rd while beating City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea along the way, nobody would be talking about the style of play.
He’d be praised as genius who adapted instantly to the Premier League and outcoached the best managers. Tell me I’m wrong?
Martien 🇳🇱@MartienBall
The crazy thing is that if he wasn’t a United legend and if people didn’t still have trauma from the Ole era, the narrative around Michael Carrick would be completely different.
English

Pep 🤣🤣🤣🤣But seriously
You think we can’t do better than Carrick?
This feels like fear of failure more than anything.
Manchester United need to be more audacious.
Like Rangnick said the first step is deciding how we want to play.
Then you bring in the manager and players to match that.
Otherwise it’s just another cycle of short-term gains and long-term failure.
English

@badasskachii Mbappe will net 40 league goals in the premier league, the league will suit him abeg gbewa

English

@davy94 @SkySportsPL A Manchester United fan should never want City to win the league.
But I understand why some don’t mind it.
Outside Manchester, you barely see City fans and they don’t banter like others.
Still… they’re the noisy neighbours.
And they’re the enemy. Always.
English

@tbaba22 @SkySportsPL A lot of proper United fans, a notable example being Mark Goldbridge, want Arsenal to win the league rather than Man City.
English

@SkySportsPL I knew City would drop points against Everton, they were even lucky they got a point but they can kiss the league goodbye because it looks lkke Arsenal are picking up ata this crucial stage, it could still be a very successful season for Arsenal
English

I do hope for the sake of we the fans that recruitment is really better now especially this summer as we have shown previously that we tend to under invest when it matters most, the moment we qualify for the Champions league they start over rating current players thinking we are better than we actually are.
English

@tbaba22 @FPLfrasier there is a better recruitment team and Carrick doesn’t have to be stronger they do which they are or have been so far. I don’t think we’ll be signing an Anthony for £90m with these guys .
English

@Iamwilston1 @tbobo2fine @espnpodcasts @craigburley @ESPNFC I will be there when you lot start crying again by Christmas
English

@tbaba22 @tbobo2fine @espnpodcasts @craigburley @ESPNFC You are just arguing and trying to force others because you have a choice. Bro your choice mean no shit because you are not calling the shot. Let's give Carrick whose done a great job so far the opportunity to show himself. F your choice bro
English

"Just because Michael Carrick has done a great job at United doesn't make him the best man for the job... The best man for the job is the young manager who's already announced he's leaving Bournemouth in the summer [Andoni Iraola]"
@craigburley and the @ESPNFC crew share their thoughts about the next Manchester United manager.
Who do you think should be on the touchline next season?
English

@policy4change @UnitedStandMUFC Clear identity proven consistently at Bournemouth
English

@tbaba22 @UnitedStandMUFC What makes him better than Carrick?
