Had a great time at the AWS GenAI Accelerator kickoff! Two big takeaways from the in-person sessions and conversations with AWS folks, founders, and builders: 1️⃣ AI agents development is due for corrections, maybe even a bubble. There's a lot of noise and an overcrowded market, with companies building "agents" that deliver unclear, quantifiable ROI. The next phase will reward teams that can prove value and sustainability, not just novelty. 2️⃣ Enterprise sales are a different game. After multiple conversations with founders and operators, one thing stood out: as builders, we often assume the best product wins on merit, but that's rarely how enterprise buying works. There's a lot of subjectivity, relationships, and timing involved.
