This is truly astounding. A Waco man sexually abused a child for three years. The local DA was conflicted out from prosecuting. Last week AG Paxton's office reduced the first degree felony charge to two class A misdmeanors and initially offered a plea deal with NO ADDITIONAL JAIL TIME (he'd served ONE DAY in jail at that point).
